Product Introduction
The WNS horizontal fuel gas pressurized hot water boiler is a fully automatic fuel gas horizontal internal combustion three return fire tube boiler, which adopts a low position and symmetrical arrangement of combustion chambers. All pipes on the body are connected to the drum and tube plate by welding. The front smoke box adopts a quick opening structure, and the rear of the tempering chamber is equipped with an explosion-proof door that integrates explosion-proof and inspection. The lower part of the drum is equipped with two head holes and a cleaning hole for easy inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
The WNS horizontal fuel gas pressurized hot water boiler adopts a lower corrugated furnace chamber. The high-temperature flue gas is sequentially flushed through the second and third return flue pipes in the tempering chamber of the corrugated furnace chamber, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney in the rear flue chamber. The total heating area of the boiler is sufficient to fully absorb effective heat, with low exhaust gas temperature and low heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency. The diameter of the pot shell is large, the water capacity is large, the adaptability to load changes is strong, and the output is stable.
Performance advantages
(1) The WNS gas pressurized hot water boiler is a horizontal fast loading internal combustion three return fire tube boiler. Adopting a bias furnace bladder wet back structure, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The overall layout is compact in structure and aesthetically pleasing in appearance;
(2) The application of enhanced heat transfer components such as waveform furnace liners and threaded smoke pipes not only enhances heat transfer efficiency, but also effectively absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction of the furnace body;
(3) Stainless steel outer packaging enhances corrosion resistance;
(4) Leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply;
(5) Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the burner control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the burner. At the same time, the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication
(6) Pressure relief protection: equipped with explosion-proof doors, which automatically rebound after pressure relief to ensure the safety of the boiler;
(7) Real time water level monitoring function: equipped with electronic water level detection device, real-time monitoring of boiler water level;
(8) Time setting function: Users can freely combine and set the start and stop time of the boiler according to their needs.
